Privacy policy

Codespliter (“we”) processes personal data in line with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the Polish Act on Personal Data Protection. Controller: Codespliter. Contact: kontakt@codespliter.com.

What we collect

• Identity and contact data you send via forms, WhatsApp or live chat (name, email, phone, company, message).
• Technical data required to run the site (IP address, user agent, pages viewed, approximate location from IP) for security and visitor statistics — including while a project is being built.
• Contract and invoicing data if we work together (company details, NIP, correspondence).

Why

To answer enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR), to perform a contract, to issue invoices (legal obligation), and — if you consent — limited analytics.

How long

Leads: up to 24 months after last contact unless a contract follows. Invoices: 5 years as required by Polish tax law. Chat logs: 12 months. Visitor logs: 12 months.

Recipients

Hosting and email (currently Hostinger / SMTP). We do not sell data. WhatsApp is a Meta service; messages you send there are subject to WhatsApp’s own terms.

Your rights
